Insurance

We will work with you in helping you take advantage of your health care coverage. Call us today and one of our staff members will be glad to walk you through this process. Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

No Insurance

Auto Accidents

Most of the time, if you were injured in an automobile accident, your or the other driver's auto insurance will cover the bill. We would be happy to consult with you about your options for receiving the care you need.

Medicare

If you are Medicare eligible, we do file our services to Medicare for you. You are responsible for any unmet deductible and co-insurance amounts. If you have a Medicare supplement please call the office and our staff will ask you some questions and then contact your supplemental carrier to see if you have to pay anything for your care.

Medicaid

NOTE: NEW PATIENTS MUST PROVIDE INSURANCE INFORMATION AT LEAST THREE BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SO OUR INSURANCE STAFF MAY VERIFY YOUR BENEFITS. YOU MAY CALL OUR OFFICE DIRECTLY AT 254–752–1331 AND OUR STAFF WILL TAKE YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. ONCE YOUR BENEFITS ARE VERIFIED WE WILL BE GLAD TO CALL YOU TO INFORM YOU WHAT YOU WOULD PAY YOUR FIRST DAY.
